Vigils Annual Fun Day
Come to our Fun Day Dog Show on 21 July 2013 at Horsham Rugby Club
On Sunday 21st July 2013, you’re very welcome to come and support our Fun Day Dog Show!
All breeds are welcome at the show, so you don’t have to be a German Shepherd owner. Last year, we had a wonderful range of dogs at the show, with everything from Labradors to Beagles, and Spring Spaniels to Jack Russells!
This is the third year that we have run this show and it’s a vital day for us, because it helps raise awareness of our charity and what we’re doing, and helps raise money for the on-going care of our dogs. It’s also a chance for you to find out more about us, to meet the people behind Vigil GSD Rescue and to give your support to our wonderful dogs!
What’s going on at the Show?
We’ve got Obedience, Agility and Novelty Classes so that you can have a go with your dog. There are also stalls and refreshments. We may even have a spot of welly throwing!
Where it is?
We’re holding it at the Horsham Rugby Club. Horsham itself is in West Sussex, and it’s not far from Gatwick Airport (about 20 minutes) and the M23 between London & Brighton. You can find the Rugby Club location on Google maps using the postcode RH13 6PJ. The address of the Rugby Club is: Coolhurst Ground, Hammerpond Rd, Horsham, West Sussex RH13 6PJ
Times & Prices
The show will run from 11:00am to 4:00pm on the Sunday. Adults are £2 donation entry, while under 16s and dogs go free! And there’s plenty of free parking at the Rugby Club, too.
Want to help at the Show?
We would greatly welcome any volunteers who would be happy to help, either on the day of the show or beforehand. We need people to distribute flyers, put up signs showing the way to the show, helping on the day by manning stalls, handing out leaflets and helping with the refreshments. If you can spend some time, please contact Sue Gibbons on 01444 453302 or Sally Bunting on 01403 891550. They would be more than happy to hear from you!
